. . . and scene.
Well it’s done now. I have performed my last cooking demo for Chef Team (for now anyway). I had a lot of fun learning how to communicate with people and cook at the same time. Anyone who saw my audition tape for the first and second seasons of “The Next Food Network Star” knows that I have improved in front of the camera. I credit a lot of that with doing the live demo every week for that last few months.
After football season comes to an end I may return to my duties, but maybe not. Doing the demo has also taught me that I am not always at ease with some of things they put on the menu. I do not like using farm raised seafood, especially salmon and Asian farm raised shrimp (it contains a chemical that causes Aplastic Anemia), and I do like to have creative freedom with the ingredients. Perhaps I will find a way to start teaching my own cooking classes. Does anybody have a really nice kitchen with seating for say, 40?

- @ItalianDish I hate to hear that. I never want to see a movie that depends on special effects. Give me plot and character development. 8 hours ago
