Gulf Coast Antique, Food & Wine Festival

This weekend will be my first foray into the culinary world as an executive chef.  Along with my sous chef Jay, we will be set-up at the GCAF&W Festival showing off our creative sides for a good cause.  With this appearance we are serving notice that there is a new player on Mobile’s culinary scene, Mars Hill Cafe.

I hope to have some pix and maybe even some video after Sunday.
