August episodes include:

Premieres: Saturday, August 2nd at 12:30pm ET/PT – Hot Off the Grill

Aida demonstrates how to create delicious grilled dishes indoors starting with a juicy and flavorful Grilled Flank Steak with Ginger Marinade. Next up, Aida’s Grilled Onions and Mushrooms with Limed Sour Cream are a mouth-watering veggie delight. To bring this meal together, she prepares a sweet and nutty Cherry, Almond and Herb Salad.

Premieres: Saturday, August 9th at 12:30pm ET/PT – Steak and Potatoes

They’re the perfect duo – steak and potatoes – and Aida puts a new twist on these classic favorites. First, she tops perfectly-cooked Seared Strip Steaks with North African-Spiced Butter and serves with crispy, seasoned Olive Oil Oven Fries. On the side, she whips up a refreshing Simple Green Bean Salad with Lemon Dressing.

Premieres: Saturday, August 16th at 12:30pm ET/PT – Easy As Pie

Aida proves that pie perfection does not have to be daunting. She breaks down the process and rolls out a Perfectly Flaky Pie Crust, which serves as the base for a flavor-packed Double Banana Cream Pie. Aida then puts a little elbow grease to work with her Coffee Whipped Cream, an indulgent topping for her Caffe Shakerato.

Premieres: Saturday, August 23rd at 12:30pm ET/PT – Eggs

Eggs serve as great ingredients in a hearty breakfast, and Aida shows how to perfectly prepare them every time. Her decadent Baked Eggs with Canadian Bacon, Spinach, and Aged Cheddar are simple yet fiercely flavorful. For a little morning spice, Aida also whips up her Huevos Rancheros with Tomatillo Salsa.

Premieres: Saturday, August 30th at 12:30pm ET/PT – Catch of the Day

Fish and chips are a fun favorite, and Aida proves they can be easily prepared at home. Her Fried Fish Bites with Sweet Potato Fries and Spicy Mayo are surefire hits. Then, Aida makes an elegant fish dish perfect for any night of the week – Brown Butter-Sautéed Tilapia with Pistachios and a Simple Side Salad with Lemon-Honey Dressing.
