Danny Boome, Food Network’s Rescue Chef, is back with all new episodes of his daytime series beginning September 7th at 11:00am ET/PT. Season two features exciting new rescues nationwide as Danny tackles Food Network viewers’ real-life cooking struggles. These everyday cooks welcome problem-solving chef Boome into their kitchens where he averts culinary crises with humor and flair. Danny offers simple, creative solutions and quick-fix ideas to save the day (and the meal)! While taking the intimidation out of the kitchen, Rescue Chef showcases Boome’s outgoing personality and irresistible appeal.

Birthday Brunch
Premieres: Sunday, September 7th at 11:00AM
Danny helps birthday girl Jackie put a fresh spin on her upcoming celebratory brunch in New Rochelle, NY. He brings the fun outdoors and grills up Grilled Orange Polenta topped with Crab Meat Salad. Then, Danny whips up Baked Nectarines with Greek Yogurt and Honey for a sweet treat before toasting to Jackie’s birthday with The Cuke Cocktail.

Meatball Lover
Premieres: Sunday, September 14th at 11:00AM
Schoolteacher Ashlie of Fairfield County, CT loves meatballs and needs new ways to prepare her favorite dish. Danny shares some foolproof tricks for tender Turkey Meatballs and then he shows Ashlie unique ways to eat them like in Three Bean Soup with Dijon Mustard Dumplings. For dessert, a delicious Pronto Tiramisu hits the spot and Danny’s Campari Squeeze is a refreshing end the meal.

One-Pot Meals
Premieres: Sunday, September 21st at 11:00AM
A one-pot meal enthusiast, Heather is a single mom in Denver, CO who is planning a big, shared family meal with another single mom and her kids. Danny rescues her with a hearty Braised Lamb Stew served with Carrot and Almond Couscous. Then, he adds Spiced Potatoes and Spinach to finish off this family meal.

Mad For Marinara
Premieres: Sunday, September 28th at 11:00AM
Graduate student Toni of Riverside, CT wants to make authentic marinara the true Italian way, and Danny shows her the perfect recipe. First up is a mouth-watering pot of Nona’s Marinara Sauce used to make a delectable Eggplant Lasagna. For a traditional and tasty dessert, Danny whips up delicate Cannoli with Chocolate Drizzle.
